China Design Now at Liberty

China_design_now

Out shopping on Easter Friday in Liberty’s (as you do!) and discovered they are partnering with the V&A on the China Design Now exhibition. They have a great mixture of graphic, art and retail on the top floor – you need to check out the doll wall. The wall is covered in dolls manufactured in china with images of doll makers in factories. Some nice graphics in their too from Chen Shaohua.

Wednesday 19th March:

Received an e-mail from Angela at Nata Libera today which I thought I would share. Always pleased to receive feedback from our clients especially when it’s good!

Hi Fran,

" Brilliant just seen Danny on your web. I was quite overcome. He has always known he was good looking and is a right show off but seeing him in the middle of all your publicity was something else.

I just hope he doesn’t log in or there will be no talking to him. Anyway I think it  looks brilliant. He is a very lovable donkey, a great comedian so will be  brilliant subject to tell his story."

Kind regards, Angela

We are delighted to be helping such a worth while cause and each week we plan to introduce you to  an animal who has been helped by Nata Libera. Nata Libera are an animal  welfare association based near Turin In Italy, that rescues and  rehabilitates animals in distress. The sanctuary is run purely on the  generosity of people’s donations.

This week we thought we would give Danny another five minutes of fame.

So Danny  how would you describe yourself?
A very attractive male donkey, exceedingly sociable and a great comedian.

On a serious note Danny was rescued from Montalenghe Zoo and without Nata Libera,   Danny would still be suffering unbelievable cruelty.

After Easter we will tell you the story of Elvo, a little dog whose recent rescue was rather death defying!!!!!!!!!!!

It was World Book Day on 6th March and our Prime Minister lent his support to the excellent Quick Reads initiative.
